Permanent lighting

Priced per foot, after a measure

Permanent roofline lighting is quoted by the linear foot of eave, plus the power supplies and controller your run needs. The quote names the system and comes with the maker's warranty in writing. How permanent lighting works.

Good to know

Questions people ask about price

Why is year one the big year?

Year one includes the lights. They are commercial-grade, cut to your roofline, and after the season they are yours. From then on you own them.

Is takedown extra?

No. January takedown is in every tier.

Is storage included?

Storage is optional. Most garages have room for a few totes. If yours does not, ask and we will quote it.

Do metal roofs cost more?

A standing-seam roof takes seam clamps instead of shingle clips, and it takes longer to set. The quote covers that up front. There is nothing added on the day.

What does "from" mean?

From is the smallest common version of that tier. A one-story front roofline is the $1,200 job. A two-story house with a long wing and a wrapped oak is not, and the quote will say so before you book.

How is permanent lighting priced?

Per linear foot, after a measure, plus the power supplies and controller the run needs. The quote names the system and comes with the maker's warranty page.
