Two services

Lights for the season, or lights that stay

Seasonal lights go up in November and come down in January. Permanent lights live under the eave all year and change color from your phone.

Christmas light installation

Warm-white LEDs cut to your roofline and hung with clips made for your roof. The lights are included in year one and they are yours to keep. We take them down in January.

Permanent roofline lighting

A slim track under the eave with LEDs you run from an app. Warm white most nights, color for game day and Christmas. Quoted per foot after a measure.

How it holds

How lights go on a Hill Country house without a drilled hole

Each roof gets the clip made for it. Nothing gets screwed into your stone, your stucco or your metal.

  • Stone

Clips ride the gutter lip or the shingle edge above the stone. The wall is never touched.

  • Stucco

Edge clips grip the fascia board, not the wall. No glue on the stucco and no holes in it.

  • Standing-seam metal

Seam clamps squeeze onto the raised rib. No screws, so no leak path.

  • Live oaks

Strands wrap the trunk and the first limbs, spaced even and held with ties. No staples in the bark.

Where we work

Dripping Springs and the Hill Country

Home base is Dripping Springs. The truck goes where the roofs are.

Inside city limits

Dripping Springs is a Dark Sky town. The city code limits how bright and how warm outdoor lights can be. We install warm white at or under 3,000K by default, and we tell you if your address needs a permit.

Acreage and the communities

Long drives, gates and big live oaks. Belterra, Headwaters and Caliterra ask for approval before you change the outside of a home, so ask your board early if you want permanent lights.

We read the city code and we work inside it. That is not legal advice. If you live in town, we will tell you what applies on your street before you book. More on where we work.
