The plain version of how we work.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are starting points and say "from" for that reason. Your price is the one in your written quote, after we measure. A quote is good for the season it was written for.

The lights

For seasonal installs the lights are included in year one and they are yours to keep. Storage is optional and quoted separately. For permanent systems, the parts carry the maker's warranty; we give you the maker's terms in writing with the quote.

Dates and weather

Install and takedown dates are set in order of booking. Rain, high wind and ice move a date. We tell you as soon as we know.

Your property

We fasten lights with clips and ties chosen for your roof and trees. We do not drill into stone, stucco or metal roofing. We need a working outdoor outlet and a clear way to the roofline. Electrical work, such as a new outlet or circuit, is not part of our service.

What this site says about the Dripping Springs lighting code and about HOA rules is how we work, not legal advice. You are responsible for any approval your community requires.
