What we collect

When you send a quote request we get what you typed: your name, phone, email, address or neighborhood, which lights you want, how many stories, and your message. We also get the page you sent it from and, if a link you clicked carried tracking codes, those codes.

What we do with it

We use it to call you back, quote the job and schedule it. Your request is delivered through a lead service we use to receive enquiries, and it is stored there so we do not lose it.

We do not sell it. We do not hand it to anyone who is not helping us quote or do your job.

Calls and texts

If you call or text (509) 724-3569, we may save your number so we can call you back.

Analytics

We may use basic site analytics to see which pages get read. That data is about the page, not about you by name.
